The public registry is for reviewed public-surface signals: notice reachability, consent UX, rights paths, language access and visible platform disclosures.
Only public-safe KPIs can appear here.
Security-sensitive evidence is redacted by default.
Every listing needs human review before publication.
Every target gets a right-to-respond state before escalation.
Email notices require approved review and an authorized recipient.
